1.2 Company Rights to Services

The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to exercise discretion in providing services to Users. We may limit, suspend, or deny access to the platform or specific features to any User, without the obligation to provide a reason.

2. Registration, Account & Authorization

a. In order to offer the Services, you may be required to create a user profile and provide personal and financial information. Access requires registration using a valid mobile phone number, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
